Ben St. John is an Acquisitions Analyst in Milestone’s Atlanta office, supporting the identification, underwriting, and due diligence of investments across the firm’s Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets. Prior to joining Milestone, he served as a Senior Analyst within CBRE’s Investment Management division, supporting a $10 billion AUM portfolio of 25,000 units.
Mr. St. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
