David Giles is a Vice President of Acquisitions in Milestone’s Boca Raton office, where he focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and executing multifamily acquisitions across the firm's Florida markets. His responsibilities include evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting transaction negotiations through closing.
Prior to joining Milestone, Mr. Giles served as a Vice President at IMT Capital, where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting multifamily acquisitions throughout the Southeast. During his tenure, he was involved in approximately $800 million of total transaction volume.
Mr. Giles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University.
