John Houston is an Acquisitions Associate based in Milestone’s Atlanta office, where he supports the identification, underwriting, and due diligence of investments across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Since joining the firm in 2021, he has been involved in the acquisition of approximately $975 million in multifamily assets totaling more than 3,700 units. Prior to Milestone, Mr. Houston spent three years with Cushman & Wakefield’s Diligence Advisory Group, underwriting over $900 million in multifamily debt originations and gaining extensive experience in asset screening and property-level financial analysis.
Mr. Houston holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and business administration from the University of Mississippi.
