Treivor Cashion is an Asset Manager in Milestone’s Dallas office, responsible for executing business plans and optimizing performance across the firm’s multifamily portfolio. Prior to joining Milestone, Mr. Cashion served in asset management roles at Hudson Advisors and Westmount, where he implemented value-add strategies, oversaw construction projects, and coordinated dispositions. His experience spans more than 35 assets and 9,000 units with a combined value exceeding $1.4 billion. Earlier in his career, he spent over four years at KeyBank conducting due diligence on multifamily loan securitizations.
Mr. Cashion holds a B.A. in Business from the University of Dallas.
